How does it work?

Once the research phase has ended, whether carried out as part of a strategic analysis or a working group, the Foncsi offers its industrial partners the opportunity to test a field pilot with the help of Icsi.

For example, this can involve testing a new operational tool: training modules, specific support projects, practical guides, etc.

The GRDF pilot: briefing-debriefing

In the context of the ‘Preparation and execution of work’ axis of its action plan, GRDF Sud-Ouest wanted to benefit from the Foncsi’s expertise in the domain of professionalization theories and practices

GRDF Sud-Ouest has therefore given the Foncsi access to some of its sites for an experimental briefing-debriefing program designed to improve the reliability and safety of its network operations (connection sites, etc.).

The tool that we have developed has made it possible to ensure that risk identification can evolve throughout the course of the activity, from preparation to execution, in order to take account of both expected and observed risks.

Results of the ‘Briefing-debriefing’ pilot

The Foncsi-Icsi pilot highlighted certain elements of the research, such as the different types of briefing (mandatory, anticipatory, resilient) and the drivers for resilient briefing.

It also enabled GRDF Sud-Ouest to co-construct specific support materials for work preparations.
